No disposition in the minutes

The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

Moody

Right, good afternoon Planning Commission members. Gianna German, Planning Development and Economic Growth. Item PC one is PDE twenty five-seven eight eight one, a rezoning request in the name of Enclave at Livingston M PUD, Dash Academy at the Lakes, Inc. Um I just would like to note as well that this item was previously Island Property Partners. This will be published and corrected at the following BCC meeting. Uh this PDE 257881 is for a change in zoning

from AR, Agricultural Residential District, to Master Plan Unit Development District. And this is coming with a request to continue the item to August 21st, 2025 Planning Commission meeting at 1 30 PM in New Portie.

GreyChair

August twenty first, you say?

Moody

Yes, sir.

GreyChair

Okay, and uh we have another continuance of otherwise the applicant present. Okay. Anyone here to object?

GirardiVice Chair

Yeah.

I can't quite. I can hear what she said.

GreyChair

Okay. Okay.

If you want to come up a little closer to be heard, that would be fine too. Um so uh if there's an objection then that we'll we'll have to pull that one from from the agenda and we'll go to the next one and then we'll come back to that one.

GirardiVice Chair

It didn't sound like she'll object to the continuance. Yeah. She said she's fine. Oh she did? Yeah. She I think she meant you you said objection, I think she meant to the application she thought you meant the application. Okay. That's what she's here. But I don't think she's objecting to the continuance. What should we task her?

We don't usually offer that if it's been noticed as a continuance on the agenda.

GreyChair

Okay.

Okay, next one.

Moody

Item PC two, you will be sitting as a local planning agency. Item PC two is PDE twenty five-0093, a comprehensive plan amendment, CPA twenty-four twenty-three in the name of law property. And this is coming with the request to continue the item to August 21st, 2025 Planning Commission meeting at 1 30 p.m. in New Port Richey.

GreyChair

Okay, is the applicant present? I have Okay. Did anyone here to object to this one? Okay. All right, then without objection, uh do I hear a motion to grant the continuances?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Move to continue items PC one and PC two to the August 21st, 2025 meetings in the report.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

One second.

GreyChair

Okay, so we have a motion and a second. Any further discussion of the motion? If not, all in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed, like, sign.

Moody

And

GreyChair

a bunch of carries.

Moody

That would conclude the end of today's public hearing, so then I think we have another item on miscellaneous

GreyChair

as well.

Well that's overwet peace.

Put him on the hot seat. Uh never.
