No disposition in the minutes
The approved minutes do not say what became of this item. That is a gap in the record, not a decision. It is the normal state for 24% of items. Most of those are regular business and board reports that the minutes do not dispose of in writing. This archive never infers an outcome from the fact that someone called a vote.

Agenda item PC four is PDE twenty six zero four five five and appeal of the a determination by the development review director appeal dash two thousand twenty-five-zero zero zero zero five for Meadow Point to Community Development District. This is coming with a request to continue the item to a date uncertain.
Is the applicant present?
Anyone here to object?
Can you give us like an update on that? For a date
uncertain.
On
on the item itself. What's going on with it? Anything?
I'm unfamiliar with the item.
Is anybody in the staff here familiar with the item?
Patrick's.
Patrick Gutter would be the one that's most familiar with it. I don't know if he's here.
Six months ago.
Exactly. He's online. Okay. Patrick, are you available?
I came up with you.
Patrick, are you available?
Can you hear me?
Patrick.
Okay, I'll give it a few minutes. Or at least a minute.
Right now.
Patrick, can you uh hear us now?
Patrick. One, two, three. Patrick.
Well, finally I thought you were on your way back from the moon. It's on the dark side. All right, Patrick. We I guess we had some questions about PC four. Could you tell us what's going on there?
Sure. That's the continuance for the alt standard. Um so we're still working through items.
S suddenly your v volume is way down. Now we can't hear you.
Still can't hear me or now that is better. That's better. Okay.
We're still working with the applicant through the alternative standard for the potential gate. They're continuing to pursue the gate, but staff has some additional concerns on it. We're still working with the applicant through those issues.
Okay.
Is that a sufficient response?
I guess that's the best one I'm getting.
Okay, that's all you got for us then that Patrick?
Um if you want some specifics, you know, we're concerned with the turnaround. The gate was placed at a location where there isn't a an easy way for if if that gate were pursued, um there's no easy spot for a turnaround. Um we're trying to work with their project engineer on some potential. potential solutions. I believe Planning Commission also requested that other methods of traffic calming be looked at for the stretch of road and we have yet to see anything proposed. So
we're again still trying to work with the community through those items.
All right,
Patrick. I seem to recall too that we discussed um allowing resident access to that gate as opposed to it being accessible only to emergency vehicles.
Yes, and last we spoke yeah, last we spoke to them. I think um the C D Ds were I think willing to work together on that. So I think they were planning on providing access, assuming the gate would was going to be allowed, um, to provide access to both C D two and C D three. Um but like Like I said, those other items we're still trying to flesh out, and we just don't have that quite ready yet to bring it back to the Planning Commission.
All right,
Patrick. Thank you. Yep.
