Also address the Scrifner error from prior amendments to create consistency with the code. These changes will not impact the county's current participation in the National Flood Insurance Program, nor the County's rating system score.
A summary of changes, the LTC Land O' Lakes Section 163.317952 of the Florida statute prohibits local government that participate in the National Flood Insurance Program from adopting or enforcing Come here is substantial improvement periods, also known as the Lockback Ordinance.
