Amending section ten oh one docks and seawalls, section ten o one point four visibility, appendix A definitions and other sections as necessary for internal consistency, providing for replicability repealer, providing

8:42for severability, inclusion to the land development code and an effective date. Uh this comes with a rec uh with a request by the Planning Development Economic Growth Department to continue the item to the July fourteenth Uh twenty twenty six Port of County Commissioner's meeting in Dade City at one thirty Pm.

And I I'd say I like I recommend Terry that uh you get with the team and have a have your meeting with each commissioner and review what's going on here because I think there's a lot of new stuff in there that we didn't talk about, didn't see and I think it needs to be addressed.
