So I'd like to welcome everybody today. This uh we're the planning commission. We're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and we meet twice monthly. We serve as a local planning agency and hold public hearing and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. The Planning Commission is the final decision making body for special exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However, final decisions
may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. Anyone is in opposition to any comprehensive Plan amendment. Development code amendment, rezoning, conditional use, or any item. Where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. It's important for you to attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners meeting. Those of you not uh familiar with the format of our meetings. I'll go over it briefly as follows. We have uh three sections, continuances. And
it's been our custom to grant c uh continuances if they're requested by the staff or the applicant for an any number of reasons. Uh we have consent. And those items are uh listed. We're gonna go through those one at a time and uh Uh if nobody has any questions about those or if they're not pulled off. If you want them pulled off, raise your hand, we will. For discussion. And otherwise we will go through consent and those items will be approved all at one time. Um then
we have the regular items. Those are the items that we uh bring up for discussion and make presentations and you'll the audiences will have a chance to ask questions as needed. Um applicants will have uh three minutes uh to make their presentation. And uh respondents or questioners will have three minutes to ask questions. Um if we uh have uh If anybody requests additional time prior to this meeting, at least twenty-four
hours in writing. Uh it's been our custom to grant uh additional time. And I think we have one request, if I'm not mistaken. And uh That's
correct. You do have one request and that is for item P two, cross park and pute.
