PC2 Denton Avenue MPUD rezoning continuance

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Good afternoon, Mr. Chairman Mari Petos with the Planning Development Department. We'll go ahead and read the continuance items. Uh PC2 is a zoning amendment in the name of Denton Avenue MPUD by Denton Avenue Project LLC. It's a rezoning request from AC Agricultural District to an MPUD to allow for 1,614 residential units, 265,716 square feet of light industrial flex space. and 10,000 square feet of daycare to appro on approximately 331.6 acres.

Uh this is being continued to a date uncertain. All right. We

Charles Grey

have a motion to continue. So moved. Second.

Jaimie Girardi

So just to be clear, Terry, it'll

Charles Grey

be re-advertised, right? Yes. Okay. Okay. And for those in the audience this will be readvertised. Um It'll be heard on this side of the county, correct, David?

Jaimie Girardi

I believe staff knows there's opposition to it, so yes it wouldn't be on the side of the county. So

Charles Grey

um We have a motion and a second. Any further discussion? If not, all in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Aye. Opposed, like, sign. Okay, motion carries.
