Consent agenda PC2 PC3 PC4 pulled to regular

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Grey

All right. I think uh we had a uh request that's the right-of-way. Yeah I'd like to hear that. I'd like to hear that. Okay, so that one will be pulled and that'll be moved to the regular items.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay.

Denise

Following item is PC three, that's P D D twenty three seven six nine seven, zoning amendment Ruben A and Martha J. Sanchez for for a change in zoning from AR Agricultural Residential District with conditions to an AR agricultural residential district comes here with a recommendation of approval.

Grey

Yeah, I think one of that one pulled too.

Denise

Okay.

Grey

Right.

Denise

Move on to PC four, P D D twenty three zero four zero one small scale comprehensive plan amendment, C Pass twenty three oh five, the crossings at Sun Lake. You're sitting as the LPA on this matter. It's to a to provide for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map two dash fifteen and sheet twelve from I L Industrial Light to COM commercial on approximately three point six nine acres located at the intersection um north. North of Sun Lake Boulevard extension and State Road 52. We ask that you find it consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommend

the approval to the BCC. There will be a companion zoning item to C2 on this on this parcel. The property owner intends to develop the property in accordance with C2 uses, has it has will be putting In a Live Local Act specification on the voluntarily agreed upon deed restriction in the rezoning, there is a finding effect in your comp plan agenda memo, and there are some uses that will also

be prohibited in the in the location. So again, we ask that you find it consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

Girardi

Mr. Chair, I have a question about this one. Um I don't know if you want to hear it or not, but um Denise, I know this is not your item, but in the site details And the agenda memo for the parcel, it says proposed use light industrial flux. So my question is if they're moving to commercial, why are these why is the proposed use light industrial flux?

Denise

So I can intend to to answer that question because this parcel is part of a larger parcel to the north that will have industrial uses. Um originally when this parcel was rezoned to commercial and industrial. Uh the intent was to have commercial along the front, industrial along the back, and specific uses. So I think that's why that word industrial flex is probably being used because it's going to be

Girardi

I would have agreed with you

Denise

developed in conjunction.

Girardi

If we were talking about the partial B I L parcel,

Denise

but

Girardi

This appears to be talking about the parcel that's changing.

Denise

Okay, well that

Girardi

the three point six nine acres that's changing

Denise

Would you like

Girardi

to

do that?

It's saying the proposed feature land use is COM and then saying the proposed use is light industrial flux, which That doesn't seem like you would want to change the com if you're proposing light industrial flex. So maybe you just need to pull from consent and we can I can ask you. Yeah, let's do that. Let's just pull from consent.

Unidentified speakerVoice B

Okay.

Moody

Now there's no consent agenda. Motion to approve the consent agenda.

Grey

That's an easy decision. That's the point he was making.

All right,

Connected City

there goes the consent

Grey

agenda. Cool. Okay. All right. You guys didn't want to go home early any day? Yeah.
