The federal judge issued an order that basically the Sierra Club had tried to amend their existing pleading to bring in the Federal Fish and Wildlife Agency and um
allege endangered species violations Um and the court in a very well written order um said no, you had an opportunity to bring these in your initial cases Uh and your Um It would ca the the favorite part of the order is it would cause undue harm to Pasco County to continue to delay this project. Um
and uh basically she shut it down and and said, No, you have Yeah. You gotta file your motion for summary judgment um by a date in June uh which w which Pushes the briefing schedule out, but That's that's probably the best we could hope for because that she had to give them some time to file their motion.
