What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Transmits to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. The Planning Commission is the final decision making body. for special exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However, Final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. If anyone is in opposition to any comprehensive plan amendment,

Land Development Code amendment, rezoning, Conditional use, or any item where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, It is important that you attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners.

And uh if there's anybody attending virtually, please mute your microphones while not speaking. Um for those of you that aren't familiar, um we today's agenda is broken down into three sections. There is a continuance section. a consent section and then a regular items section. Which I don't believe we have anything on the regular i item section of the agenda today. However,
