Um in-person participants and participants attending through WebEx, including the applicants. who have pre registered for the Planning Commission meeting will be notified by County Staff when they are permitted to speak. Applicants are limited to five minutes and other participants will be limited to three minutes. Unless additional time is approved at least twenty four hours in advance of the meeting. And I don't think we have any of that, so Uh
in person participants and WebEx WebEx participants must announce the following items before speaking. And at that time they will be sworn in by the clerk. Well, you've already been sworn in, so unless you haven't been sworn You have already been sworn. So Uh Please announce your name, your address, the agenda item, and the agenda title. Then the three or five minute timer will start. Um today uh again we have there's twenty public hearing items. Actually
I think there's twenty is there twenty or twenty one? Okay, there's twenty-one public hearing items. Uh nine of them are continuances. And then there are eleven consent agenda items plus the one regular agenda item that will be moved to consent. Um there also as we're going through and we'll let Denise handle this as she's going through the items, but there are a few items that will be heard out of order. There are a couple of land use items that need to be heard before the companion zoning items. So we're gonna go slightly out of order
on a couple of items, but just be patient and bear with us and hopefully we'll get through this pretty painlessly.
