What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Silence all electronic devices and uh Mute your uh Microphones or your dogs or anything that's gonna make a noise. I don't know. And so then at this time I'd like to uh Stand for silence and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Okay, I'd like to welcome everybody. The Planning Commission serves. As a local planning agency and the planning commission holds public hearing. Transmits to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on the conference. Plan amendments, land development code amendments. Rezonings and conditional use requests. Planning commission is the final decision making body. For special exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners.

Anyone that's in opposition to any comprehensive plan amendment? Land Development Code Amendment, rezoning, conditional use, or any item where the Planning Commission transmits. a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. It is important for you to attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners Really?

Mm-hmm. And I think we have some minutes to approve. Yeah. Do I hear a motion to improve minutes? We need to approve them in mass or individually.
