What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

All right. All right, thank you. Um So first uh if there is any, we'll take public comment for items not on the agenda for callers that have uh Pre-registered or currently on queue. And after we read into their public uh read into the record public comments, uh documents, PowerPoints, videos. that have been identified by members of the public to be read out loud. or played at the meeting for items not only intended not to exceed three minutes. Uh

Ms. Fernandez and Denise, do we have anybody that's pre-registered?

Denise

We do not have anyone that's pre-registered to speak at this time during the regular public comment. We do have someone registered to speak on item PC4 who is waiting in queue. And when that item comes up, it'll be pulled from consent. When that item comes up, we'll have that person speak and provide that person three minutes.

GirardiVice Chair

Okay, great. So uh these are the public hearing procedures. Both the phone call and WebEx participants. including the applicants who have pre-registered for the virtual planning commission meeting. will be notified by the county staff when they will be permitted to speak. Applicants will be limited to five minutes and other participants be limited to three minutes unless additional time is approved, which it hasn't been. Scholars, uh, and web expertists. Participants. must announce the following

items before speaking. at the time that would be sworn uh by the clerk. They must announce their name, their address. their agenda item number and their agenda agenda title. So as they c as you come on, that's what we'll be meaning. Uh and you'll also be sworn in Uh then you will s receive either three or five minutes.

Sorry, I follow my own rules. Uh
