1:06:01I will I will speak briefly to it just um you know the the the equal opportunity compliance is just again this is part of a LAP project and so that's local agency programming so that is uh those are dollars that flow down from the federal government into the state government and then they're dispersed for various projects. So as such we follow federal requirements. This is Just an example of of additional dollars that we have to expend to ensure that uh there's there's compliance with various aspects of federal rules, and that that could be uh a

1:06:32number a number of things to include uh wages and making sure that all those things are are intact. So you know, I mean you can look at it as fifty-five thousand dollars or five percent of the total project cost that is having to go to ensure that.

1:06:48You know, I mean

1:06:49we're doing it.

1:06:50That we're we're we're we're bidding and doing a lot of things. So it's just it's it's really an added cost.

1:06:55So we'd like Route or our federal lobbyist if board members, I'd like them to give us a one pager on this. And see if I need to elevate this as another way that we can trim money from the required cost of our contracts and say our taxpayers money.

1:07:12And Ralph and I, with our lobbyists, were in the Department of Labor, was it? Talking about this exact issue. So this is one we can bring back to them to say not only are we doing it, but we even have to spend money to the tune of doing it, not even internally doing it, just to make sure we're doing it right. And um defin definitely I'm glad you pulled it it is something that That's definitely a waste of money. We can follow rules, and that's all we've got to do is tell us to follow the rules.

1:07:58This item here I pulled it just for a reason that um I don't know if we got enough capacity with Newport Ritchie. Um there were three items put through that had to get looked at. One got recommended, we had a committee look at it, uh they did recommend it, but I'm not comfortable with moving forward with it. It'll be up to the board.

1:08:22And again they they probably couldn't research the my concerns that I had.

1:08:25So I'll I'll bring Adolfo up real quick from utilities. He can speak at least to the concerns over capacity at the New Port Richey wastewater plant.
