you can see we did such a good deal with these this guy. So he remodeled his building and he came in I wish those poles these power poles were down, but he came in all upset because he actually had started his remodel before the sign ordinance changed, but he got caught in that improvement that we made in it and um didn't and didn't realize that he was gonna have to um change his sign and it was a new sign. um, a new
face that was up up on that tall one. Oh well you ca uh you can't even see the tall one. His sign was so high you couldn't see it when you were anywhere near. You only can see it way down the road. So um I want to thank our staff for working with him and We saved him so much money 'cause we just let him take his sign faces that he already had done and we just turned them into monument signs. And they want to be right- they are so much more noticeable
than the sign way up in the air. So those are the two signs that he had. Um and he just took got rid of the poles and put the sign face and it fit just great into monument sign. So um I wanted to show that to you and and in his remodel you see brought his building a little closer to the street and um So Look at it next time you're driving down nineteenth Act here. You'll remember that. This is right there in Holiday. Mm-hmm. It was uh
a sign I was very anxious to see change because everyone else that's coming in is you know putting in the eleven foot sign and and this guy was way higher than everybody else so it was a little un unfair uh advantage and as you can see is uh you can see it great.
