Brownfield Green Key Regional Resiliency Leadership Summit

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

I had gone to a uh Brownfield opening. A Brownfield meeting down in Tampa. Phenomenal meeting. Found out our staff was actually at top of Brownfields. So that industrial park in Hudson has got a good chance to get added to the pr added to the piece and hopefully that can come along.

James Johnston

Right.

MarianoChair

Um if you would could you put up the pictures of uh Green Key?

You've heard Mrs. Orchard come before us before, Mrs. Status as well, or m uh the lady on the status lane. This is right down by where they are. It's just coming into play now.

MarianoChair

No attachments? No sir. Okay. Anyway, so there's a so there's a homeless camp going on to the east of Heavenly Way, uh just starting to grow, Mike. And it's right on the roadway. And trash, canals, waterways, et cetera, all get affected by what's going on there. So if you could, let's get the team out there to take a look at it.

Um on May ninth and tenth the Regional Resiliency Leadership Summit for the region from the regional Tembe Regional Planning Coalition will be starting uh this coming year again. Uh they've actually got their flyers out already so hopefully we'll set up with some sponsors. Yeah, so they they did good this time. They were they're ahead of the game. So May ninth, tenth if you can make it. Mike if you could put that in your calendar again, we'd greatly appreciate it. Um we've had great uh response from the community. As

we're doing our studies for resiliency, everything we're learning is great, and we're getting a lot of participation along. We figured this year, because the legislature we've done, we're making a lot of state legislative really watching what we're doing as well. And does anybody else have anything for the good of the order?
