Commissioner request for earlier agenda delivery

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Okay. Awesome. Thank you. I do have one request one request, Mr. Chair. We

I think its next meeting will mark a year. From when we first heard Evans eighty. And when we heard Evans eighty. We received our Planning Commission agenda on Wednesday at three PM before the Thursday hearing. And we were promised on that day that we would now get the agendas No later than the Friday evening, Before the Thursday. Theory. And that date over the course of the year has

continued to slip and slip and slip. And I understand there was a computer glitch this last time, but it's not the first time. It's been happening almost every meeting. for the last few months. We are all volunteers. We all have businesses to run. And I had to Literally. Take a day. Away from my business. to read the agenda and I'm spending the day here. I don't know what has to happen, who needs to do what when,

but It's not fair to the Planning Commission. Nor is it fair to the applicants or to the public.

Christopher Poole

GreyChair

David Engel
