On the w it's located on the west side of U.S. Highway 19 and on the south side of Jasmine Boulevard. This comes to you with the recommend with the recommendation of approval. It's on consent. But I just want to let you know there was a couple of changes made to the agenda
that I passed out. The changes were to add and outdoor. So it's indoor and outdoor on the PC and th that those were the only changes on that item.

The next item is PC three zoning amendment, Oakstead MPUD master plan development. But no. Bernard L L C a rezoning re request from C One Neighborhood Commercial District and an MPUD Master Plan Development District. To an MPUD to allow an increase in the total number of dwelling units from 1200 to 1300, decrease commercial entitlements, split tract one, and to bring approximately 13.8 additional
acres into the MPUD development. Located um on approximately eight hundred and sixty-six acres. along with a variation from section 901.3.m.1 cross access. It's located on the southeast corner of the intersection of State Road 54 and Oakestead Boulevard. It's coming to you with a recommendation of approval from PDD. All right. Oh and that
one also has changes to it? Which I handed out. The agenda mem mem memorandum was rew rewritten to be more clarifying as to what the variation was. And then the conditions of approval. Condition thirty four was Needed to be rewritten for tracks one A, one B, and one C for the time limit limit of expiration for the M PUD.
