Public hearing agenda and procedures
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.
The source document
The county’s agenda for Planning Commission, Apr 3, 2025
The published PDF, as served by the county. This item is one entry in it.
The county’s minutes for Planning Commission, Apr 3, 2025

What was said
Machine transcription of 2m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 29% of 7 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
Thank you. Okay, so nobody else here to speak to anything not on the agenda today. Okay, so we will move on to the public hearing portion of the agenda. Today we have um seven items in total on the public hearing agenda. Um S my documents say two continuance items, four consent items, and one regular item.
I believe it's four continuance of the
consent. Okay, that's what I get for reading. All right. Um so I guess as far as public procedures go, in-person participants and participants attending through WebEx, including the applicant who are pre-registered For the Planning Commission meeting we'll be notified by county staff and they'll be permitted to speak. Applicants will be limited to five minutes and other participants will be limited to three minutes unless additional time is approved at least forty twenty-four hours in advance. But I don't think we have any of those today. Again, once again, in-person participants
and WebEx participants, please when you come forward, please announce your name, address, agenda item or title that you're Going to speak to and then the three or five minute timer will start. Um our agenda again is broken down into three sections. There's continuance items, consent items, and regular items. The consent items will be approved by regular vote unless an item is pulled from consent and once the motion is made on the consent agenda we'll call for a second and the motion will be voted on. So
we want to go ahead and start with the consent items, Gianna. Okay.
Uh good afternoon, Planning Commissioner
Yeah.
