What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Machine transcription of 2m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 83% of 12 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
Okay, thank you. Um For those of you who just heard my phone go off, uh if you have one, it's a good time to put it in a silent position. And uh so well before we start the regular meeting, is there anyone here to speak to anything that's not on today's agenda? I'm shocked.
Please come forward. State your name and address.
No, I I keep thinking why am I still every time anyway, Nancy Hiswood [address removed]. So I n I just got something short and sweet. I'd wanna ask you to keep in mind today and in the future that the citizens of Pasco are suffering right now under higher taxes, overcrowded roads, not enough law enforcement or fire. And um consider the entitlements that
are already out there when you're thinking about approving another multi million
subdivision or housing or whatever. And uh Right now, by the time you get the roads fixed, you're gonna already be overcrowded again with the amount of entitlements out there. So I'm just hoping that somehow you could keep those things in mind. I know that the land use plan is kind of fuzzy with things. I think they're enough trop holes in it to drive mat trucks through. So you can land on either side. um when you look at
it and make your decisions. And um you could also recommend that we have stronger rules and regulations that slow things down. Thank you all.
Thank you very much. Any questions?
Hearing none, we'll move on with the meeting.
Uh Mr. Chairman we do have somebody signed up on WebEx to speak for general comment. Uh she does not appear to be online, a Sue Young.
Chiao.
So it's just going, okay. All right. Well we can always come back to that if we have to. Um
Okay, I guess we can get started.
