County administrator comments and appreciation to commissioners
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Okay, um co the county administrator?
Actually have two. two items if if I may actually and really it's it's on behalf of uh Pasco County's thirty seven hundred employees. I'd first like to um uh Commissioner Fitzpatrick um recognize that the the impact you've made here uh in the county in the past uh the past two years you have brought a a passion For education and and advocacy as well as inclusion in this organization. And we we want to thank you for that. You've served on several boards, including the Area Agency on Aging,
Pasco Pinellis, uh Board of Board for the Alliance of Substance Abuse Prevention, Substance Exposed Newborn Committee, and uh your hard work and dedication to PASCO is is much appreciated. So I just want to say thank you on on behalf of our entire team. have a a just a small token of appreciation if you wouldn't mind coming down. I could ask the assistant count administrators to come up as well. And Jeff, can we just pose for a quick photo if that's okay with you? Okay.
Stay a stay back here.
Yeah,
take
it into
that.
don't want.
Forget about this.
Great.
One more. Thank you.
Is that it for you?
Yeah, that's it. No, I'm kidding, actually. We uh
I I'd be remiss if if I didn't uh if we didn't mention Commissioner Mike Moore and and uh really I'll just focus some quick remarks on on my experience with with Commissioner Moore through the years. Uh I think we probably both worked at the county at about the same time and I always knew when the phone rang for Commissioner Moore, he always Mike, I never bother you. I'm like Yes sir, what's what's what uh what What's going on? And uh we we worked extensively together through a lot of infrastructure issues, more more through my time as an assistant county administrator. Uh Fox Ridge, M SBU trim, and a lot of those things come come
to mind over the years of some issues that we work through. But uh you've really been a champion for for infrastructure projects. We've got the overpass overpass road uh interchange done. Uh we're we're getting Wesley Chapel Boulevard put together, Old Pasco Road, and and really just uh you know and and a number of stormwater and flooding improvements. So I I just say personally it's been a pleasure working with you and again I know on behalf of of the entire team it's been fantastic. But uh you know just as you've worked on all the infrastructure and roads we we just wish you the best on your future roads
wherever they take you and uh again uh we just have a small token of just our appreciation of that if you would mind coming down closing as well. Thank you, sir.
Did you get back to the
