Greenfield Place West LLP Greenfield Place West rezoning. It's for rezoning from AC Agricultural District to an I-1 Light Industrial Park

District. The applicant has requested a continuance to the September 21st, 2023 Planning Commission meeting at 130 in Newport Ritchie.

Moving on to PC six PDD 237701 zoning amendment in the name of Dignity Funeral Services Inc. Michaels and Lundquist for a change in zoning from an MF1 Multiple Family Medium Density District and C2 General Commercial District to a C2 General Commercial District. And the applicant has voluntarily agreed to record a deed restriction that limits the uses to specifically commercial uses. This is the deed restriction that we all know as the Live Local Act One.

It's a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment, C Pass 2222, Moon Lake Road Commercial, providing for a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map 2-15 sheet 11 from Res 6 residential 6 dwelling units per gross acre to COM Commercial on approximately 3.39 acres of property located on the west side of Moon Lake Road, two miles

south. Of State Road 52. You're sitting as the LPA on this item and we're asking that you find it consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
