Weightman requests board-initiated Orchid Lake PVAS roads
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Yes, I only have ten more items, so just give me a minute.
I'm kidding. Sounds kidding. I'll sit back.
I've got two more. So um Orchid Lake, you know, we've approved several P Bass projects in Orchid Lake. And one of the concerns or one of the opportunities I believe Is the way the PVAS works is you know we've got a petitioner coming in and then they're approving, let's say, three or four roads, which leave three or four roads not done. So we approved Um village six. So that's already been approved. I would like to do a board initiated paving assessment. or
at least have a have them bring it back to us, which is gonna save everybody money for work at Lake Village. Um I don't know that I need to do a do a motion on that, Jeff, but I know I at least wanna make sure the board's okay with me having Ainsley bring go through the process and bring that back to us for a board initiated uh saving assessment.
You you don't need a you don't need a motion if it's gonna come back to the board as a board initiated, that would be the opportunity for the board to act on it.
Okay, I just wanna make sure that the board's okay with that. It just it's doesn't make sense to me that we're you know, we have somebody petitioned but we've got roads right next to it that aren't being done. It's a public safety, you know, deal, so If the board's okay with it.
So that's the direction you're giving staff. You're asking staff, and he's Dan's taking his head yes. So you that's your direction to staff, they will bring that back, sir.
