Weightman requests Aristida microsurfacing paving assessment
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Yeah, we got it. Yes, that'd be awesome. Okay. Um and the last thing is um I've been working with Aristida. I know that's Commissioner Starkey's second home that she lives back there. So I know I believe she's up to speed on this, but I've been working with Aristida for uh a year or two. You know, we tried to do a paving assessment in there that was too much money. It failed. So now I I've been meeting with the HOA board. Um they decided they want to do a micro surfacing in there which we're gonna handle
like a paving assessment. So I need a motion for the board to approve a Micro
It's like a hundred and sixty seven thousand dollars, about thirteen hundred dollars a lot. Um seed a motion on that Jeff or can I just have them bring it back to us? I have to.
I Yeah, I would I would have the administrator do an agenda item and bring the details of that back.
Okay, so we can talk about it more, but I you know, Commissioner Starkey lives in there, she knows what the roads are like. Um I'm sure she agrees with this. I
voted
for the
feedback.
Yeah. Well the the the actual PVAS failed um when we petitioned everybody, which was like an eleven I think it went up to like six thousand a a lot. So they decided the microsurfacing, the board had a meeting last night, they approve it. Um so I'll have I'll have Ainsley bring it back to us maybe at the next meeting and we can get this ball moving. So Thank you.
