Aye, motion passes. Four zero. Thank you. Um just two quick things or three quick things. Um New Port you mentioned this earlier, Commissioner New Port Richey CRA boundary change. We mentioned last meeting then uh in advance of the boat vote they were going to actually vote on that. It was unanimous. So we thank them for that. Um again I guess go back to I appreciate um all the council and the mayor and having conversations with all of them. But I d you know, uh I do wanna say special thanks to Councilman Starkey and City Manager Debbie Manns. Um That met with me from
