Consent agenda PC-2 and PC-3 approval, PC-1 and PC-4 pulled
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.
The source document
The county’s agenda for Planning Commission, Mar 5, 2020
The published PDF. Its text could not be extracted — it is an image-only scan — so nothing in it is searchable here, but it reads normally.
The county’s minutes for Planning Commission, Mar 5, 2020
The published PDF, as served by the county. This item is one entry in it.
What was said
Machine transcription of 4m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 92% of 25 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
Mr. Chairman Planning Commission Members Denise Hernandez Planning and Development. Um item PC one will be removed from consent. We'll be heard at uh on regular.
Denise before you move on from the card for some reason our agenda says continuance
yes we had a it we had an issue with the SIRE system and uh actually two issues. One issue is that we couldn't change continuance requested. We even reached out to our IT folks and they couldn't make it change to approval with conditions. And we also had an issue that when we uploaded the attachment. for the conditions of approval that they didn't come out in strike strike through underline form. So we had those two issues with that agenda. For that reason, we put the strike-through underlying
information in front of you and we provided a copy for the clerk as well. So I I apologize. We really tried to get that resolved and we couldn't. This is going uh approval with conditions.

Okay, is the applicant present? Does anybody hear an objection?
I have a question on that one. Do you want to pull that in? If I can just clarify the the question. Sure. Generally speaking, y it's the the manufacturing of wine. Does that mean that you can have large truck semis coming in dropping off grapes? It's just manufacturing what table grapes or grapes that you have in the shop.
The wine comes in little boxes about like this and like this. It's shipped in from all over the world. Italy, France, wherever you like your wine, you know, we it's in a package and then we process it and makes bottles of wine.

Do you want to call for comment on the item?
Uh is there any other comment on that um item PC three?

Okay, move on to item PC four. You may have someone here to speak on the item, but I just want to call it out and uh we'll see. Item PC four is PDD twenty. 7454 in the name of Ickbaugh Groves Inc. Okay, is the applicant present? Uh is there any comment or objection to this item? Okay, so we need to pull that from consent? Okay.
