Nancy Hayeswood, [address removed]. I want to talk to you about the Northeast Row Area Plan and I and some friends were there at the creation someplace around 2005. What we heard was there was going to be a large area built into another city called V O P H and approved for 40,000 units. And we were starting to get upset. County said to us, Okay, we'll give you the Northeaster area plan. It
will run from Bellamy Brothers to the Hernando County line to the Green Swamp. Two what is it? Fifty two. And we said, All right, so we didn't Say anything about V O V H. And now those same people that have property on V OKH are starting to ask for things in the Northeastern Orea Plan that are high density. And they in some cases they seem to be pulling it through. Um I
am also hearing that I-75 is now considered high density area, and that was never agreed to at the original documents. So what I'm gonna ask is that you pull together a special ordinance for the interstate in the Northeast Row area plan so we don't have problems with high density just spreading from there. We've got um already somebody that is uh n Not
a truck stop. Uh at the interstate is an EC there, and I understand that, but still an EC should have special conditions in the Northeast Rural Area Plan. He's putting in he's got it approved for warehouses, um, convenience store, hotel, and restaurant. And then somebody has gone into pre app on the other side of the interstate and they want to put a couple of warehouses on. And this is all at Forty One and Blaton Road. Down the street We
have approved uh an R V park that's high density and they're gonna use the same area. We also have bicycles going there and This is indeed city and I'm trying to be real fast. See the tanker over on the right? That tanker's higher than I am. This used to be our transition area. That hills. That's the original hill there. They tore down that hill. And that's what I'm thinking is
also gonna happen in Ariane. No This is the road. It went all the way up to that road. And it was a transition area. It's in a lock lot of documentations. I have it in one that has an agreement between Date City and And Northeast Road well, the county and it says it's transition. So what happened to our hills there? Is this gonna happen? When
they start putting more things and take it out of the Northeaster area plant, I would ask that you. Please make sure that or an ordinance goes through around the interstate. Also it'd be nice to have a weight limit so we don't have semis on our roads and one other thing.
