P seventy-seven PDD 210254 continuance to July 6 2021
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.
The source document
The county’s agenda for Board of County Commissioners, Jun 8, 2021

What was said
Machine transcription of 2m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 85% of 13 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
Aye. Motion pass five zero. Next item is P77. We have proof.
Yes, Mr Chair. Item P seventy seven was published in the Tampa Bay Times on April twenty first, twenty twenty one.
Okay.
Good afternoon. Denise Hernandez Planning and Development. Item P77 is PDD 210254. I'll read the item because it was actually advertised as a um adoption hearing today but there was an issue with the noticing so in the overabundance of caution we are asking that it be continued to the July 6th 2021 BCC at 130 in Dade City. David, should I read the item into record and because it it was advertised as a adoption today for today.
You don't have to read the ordinance title if we're not adopting today.
So we have to have a motion to do that. Move to continue. Second. I got a motion to do that.
I think we need to call for public we can't take public comment either.
Yeah, I mean I think what Denise is pointing out is it wasn't noticed as a continuance, so if there was somebody that really wanted to speak today, they could. They just wouldn't be able to speak at the next meeting.
Right. Is anyone wanting to speak to this item? Do we have anyone signed up to speak to this item?
I have no one signed up on the show to speak to this item.
Move to continue.
Second. Okay, got a motion and second. All those in favor by roll call vote.
District 2, Commissioner Moore. Aye. District 3, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District 4, Commissioner Fitzpatrick. Aye. District five, Commissioner Mariano. Aye. District one, Chairman Oakley.
