This archive found it in the recording: a call to order, a recess, or business the board never listed. The county recorded nothing about it, so everything below is our reading.

Okay. Thanks, sir. Mr. Biles?

County Administrator

Yes, sir. Uh just update on a couple of the federal initiatives um we received last week.

emergency rental assistance money. It was forty percent of our current our our new allocation under the ARP Act. So that was another four point three million for rental assistance that we'll put into the HART program. And work both with our team and then our nonprofit partners on that. The guidelines came out for the ARP money along with Treasury's actual math on the distribution amount and Pasco County will get a little over one point seven million dollars for that. Um it's a hundred

and fifty one pages of guidelines, so we're kinda working our way through that right now. But it looks pretty positive on the kind of plan that we thought we were gonna have, we were gonna we'll we'll be able to execute. Uh and the last thing I have is um General obligation bond projects are still moving forward. Um, you know, holiday, South Holiday will close on the twenty second, but Centennial will open on the twenty fourth. So we'll close one but reopen another one right thereafter in the same area. And they're moving forward uh with speed as best they can through the process. So

and that's all I have.
