Congratulating Michelle Curry on her retirement and thanking her for sixteen years of service to Pasco County. Whereas on March twenty first, twenty two thousand five, Michelle Crary began her career serving Pasco County as a development review technician one. And
whereas Michelle's implemented a novel cost saving system reducing the number of paper based plans set Play per blaze plan sets engineers were required to submit, which increased distribution speed and accelerated digitization across departments. Anne Rest, she was recognized as PASCO's employee of the month in April of 2009 and Employee of the Year in 2009 in recognition of her. leadership on transitioning the planning and development department to electronic distribution processes. And whereas
on February 10th, 2014, Michelle was promoted to Development Review Technician 2. And on June 12, 2017, she was promoted to lead development review technician, reclassified as lead planning and zoning technician. And Raz Michelle Michelle's employee evaluations in May 2013, December 2014, January, and November of 2016 received e exceeds standards marks. And whereas in October 2020, she received the Constellation Award for her part in the
Planning Development Department's alternative service model during the onset of COVID-19, and whereas Michelle has received many compliments and praises. from her colleagues over the years, including but not limited to, Dan Mulheron. who noted her willingness to go above and beyond. Ty Mullis, who stated they were constantly consistently impressed with Miss Crary's outstanding customer service positive attitude and knowledge. Robin Crendle, who identified her as a key member in the success of Pasco
County, And Raz, no job was too big or too small for Michelle, even when she wore many hats, and she put in the extra hours required to make sure her job was done timely, correctly, and in a professional manner. And whereas her alter ego Precious the clown. has brought joy and laughter with her participation in parades and her performances, especially her Happy Birthday for Kazoo. performances for Pasco County employees on their birthdays. Now
therefore be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, that the Board hereby commends Michelle Crari For her sixteen years of dedicated service to Pasco County and congratulating her on her retirement, done and resolved in regular session with the quorum present and voting the twenty fourth day of August.

So you know, I wish I would have started a lot and had thirty one years. Um I enjoyed my time here. Uh I do miss uh work already. Um it's difficult uh retiring trying to figure out what you're gonna do next. So um but uh
So um yeah, you know, you go to um needing having people need you all the time, calling you and then all of a sudden nobody calls you, you know, talk to your dog, you know. So But anyway, um thank you again for all the opportunities. Um I really enjoyed working here all the years and I wish you all the best uh in the future with all your new developments and projects in the area and um I will miss all of you. But I'll see you too for lunch. Thank you so much.
Michelle, thank you for your service. Uh you are a bundle of energy. I mean Yeah. Some places they call it the Sunshine Lady. This is our Sunshine Lady right here. Uh with all the great things you do for the people around you. The work that you did was always fantastic. The pr the improvements you've helped us with every step of the way have been great and uh You know, we I wish you all the best with your retirement and maybe after a little bit of time you want to come back we'll bring you back in too. Right? If you want. Uh I don't have a frame for this. Uh I'm gonna get one for you. But uh if if the boy would come down we'll take a picture. Okay.
