On March 20th, 2020, Governor Cassandra issued Executive Order 2069, which has recently been extended by 20, uh Executive Order 2150.
That requires a form to be present, a person will require the local government entity to meet a specific price. The order allowed the Board of County Commissioners to be virtually utilizing communications media technology. A detailed advertisement was run in the Tampa Day Times, indicating the Board of Intent to conduct commercial meetings. And then with executive order number 2112, the governor is safe, smart, step-by-step order. Large gatherings are
not limited to congregate in any public place that does not readily allow for appropriate social distancing. Based on this, the conduct of a regular meeting would certainly not be disappeared or intent of the order. The public has been affording the Opportunity to make public comments either in writing or by use of communication technology that has been provided. The board adopted resolution 20-118 on April 21st, 2020, establishing procedural rules for
virtual meetings such that one such as the one being held today, as with any meeting. take action we are required to take public comment on any perfect proposition pursuant to section 286.0114 Florida statutes available for any questions.
