What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

there anyone here that's d that's uh here to speak on something that's not on today's agenda? I think I was told there might be.
Yes, Mr. Chairman we do have one person. Her name is and I apologize if I'm not stating your c correct last name. Julia Bardouck.
And you're Julia. Yes. Okay.
Sure. Julia Bartunick, I live at [address removed]. And I'm grateful to have an opportunity to speak here today about the Enclode River Park. I am a member of the Sierra Club Pasco County Conservation Committee, and I want to speak to how important this park is for many, many stakeholders. There are many concerned citizens and
environmental groups. That are against the development of this park, being that it is a living shoreline, and there are manatees and there are dolphins, and it is teeming with thousands of baby fish. And the baby fish grow into big fish, which help us with our food supply and sustainability and resiliency. I also wanted to um ask, has the uh Planning Commission discussed
with I get so nervous, sorry. Um has the planning just take your time. Okay. Um has the Planning Commission discussed with other stakeholders um I'm sorry. I I have Has the Planning Commission discussed with other stakeholders um such as Tarpon Springs and how it's gonna impact them and also um I'm sorry, I have to stop and also indigenous communities. Thank you.
Okay, thank you very much. Yes, no problem.
So just remember now if you come up and act nervous you're gonna get a round of applause.
So thank you for coming. We we does the staff have any comment on any of those questions that That lady had. Terry, do you have something? Mr. Chairman
Mariano Spitos Planning and Development Department. Um we have had communication with uh the city of Tarpon Springs on the project, but the project is still under review in To answer the particular question, I think the answer is the Planning Commission has not had that, but the Planning Department has.
Okay. But it's it's not on the not on the drawing board at this time, is that right?
It's not scheduled for any public hearing. It's still uh Still in the review phases.
Okay, and then the public will receive notice for hearings and things like that. Absolutely. All right. I hope that's helpful to you and eases your mind a bit. So I think I think that's in the distance. So is there anyone here anyone else here to speak of something that's not on today's agenda?
If not, then I guess we'll move right to the agenda.
