Consent agenda approvals and pulled items
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Uh that is uh my item. I just wanted to pull it to discuss to um just do full circle on the conversation about the annual audit plan. So um the inspector general provided or obtained a survey results from your team as well as my team in regards to a risk assessment. uh based upon the input from that risk assessment they created the annual audit plan. So this is the first year we redone a risk assessment survey and that our audit plan is based upon the input
from um the management team of the board as well as the clerk. And um The plan is also the first time that it's being pre um being filed with the board to make you aware of it so that we're all um we all know um what is planned for the audit year. There is a department that requested after the audit plan was created, they are taking down their access to David, which is a DHSMV site for them to run background checks. for driver's license and
Um they've identified that they no longer need that access, so we'll be part of an audit before the calendar year is what we're hoping to get that into. So it's not part of this current plan, but we will look to help the department to finalize their final audit to close down David so they can submit that to DHSMB. So I just wanted to make everyone aware that that is on the agenda for you.
Okay. I need a motion. So move.
Second. And a second. All those in favor by uh roll call?
District 2, Commissioner Moore. Aye. District 3, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District 4, Commissioner Fitzpatrick. Aye. District 5, Commissioner Mariano. Aye. District One Chairman Oakley.
Aye. Motion passed unanimously. Uh C forty nine I believe was withdrawn. And C fourteen, I believe, uh Commissioner Starkey, you pull that item to
discuss? I was looking at the agreement and the maintenance agreement. I just had a question on paragraph two of the maintenance agreement. It says the maintenance RMO shall provide maintenance of all improvements installed on State Road fifty five. And I'm not familiar with US nineteen being called State Road fifty five.
Mary Duke, uh Commissioner Starkey, the federal road number is State Road fifty-five. We know I'm sorry, the state road number is fifty-five, the federal road number is US nineteen. It's the same.
Okay, I I googled it but it didn't show up, so I just was making sure that we had
that right. F dot required us to include that number in the agreement.
And we we call Highway Nineteen the Gulf Coast Highway now. Do we Not Reference that we stay with US nineteen?
Um it is not an official Uh designation, I don't believe, but it is um accepted along the corridor as the Gulf Coast Highway. Okay. Thank you.
Move approval of
C fourteen.
All right, I have a motion and a second by roll call vote. Yeah.
Okay. District 2, Commissioner Moore. District 3, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District 4, Commissioner Fitzpatrick. Aye. District 5, Commissioner Oriano. Aye. District 1, Chairman Oakley.
I And Do you want to bring that updated? Um as unanimous and that concludes the consent items.
