What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Item P78 is PDE 257749. This is a zoning amendment in the name of Pasco Mine MPUD Master Plan Unit Development by KM Pasco 130 Holdings LLC. This is a rezoning petition from an AC agricultural district to an MPUD Master Plan Unit Development to allow for the maximum development of 30,000 square feet of commercial retail, 150,000 square feet of light industrial. industrial and seven acres for a concrete batch plant and associated infrastructure on approximately nineteen point four one acres

located on the south side of County Line Road north and one point two five miles west of Suncoast Parkway. The recommendation, this comes with a recommendation to adopt the MPUD rezoning request subject to the conditions of approval. There were a series of ex quartes that were submitted late for all the commissioners. These have been given over to the clerk's office. And yes, there's a commission of approval that addresses the LibLoCollect.

Okay, because board members do you have any questions?

Do we have any on opposition? Yeah. Do we have anyone in opposition to this? This is on our consent agenda.

Seeing no one, we'll leave it on our consent agenda. P seventy-nine?
