What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Item P79 is PDE 257851. This is a zoning amendment to the name of Schatzburg, MPUD, by Ronald J. Schatzburg. It's a rezoning request from AC Agricultural to MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District to allow for the development of 20 single-family detached lots and associated infrastructure on approximately 10.09 acres located in the villages of Pasadena. Hills within Village F. This comes with a recommendation to adopt the MPD rezoning request subject to the conditions

of approval of the MPUD. Uh additionally, there were a series of late ex parte submitted for all the commissioners and these have been uh given to the clerk's office for the record.
