Yes, we do. Um I'd like to make a motion for approval of the revised minutes from the September ninth meeting and from also the November 4th, November 18th, and December 9th meetings.

So again I'd like to welcome everybody today and say that we're the Planning Commission. We're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and we meet twice a month. Uh we serve as a local planning agency and we hold public hearing and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners. Uh recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. Planning Commission uh is the final decision-making body for sp for variance requests, special exceptions,
certain appeals, variant and uh alternative standard requests. However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. And he wasn't opposition to any comprehensive plan amendment, land land development code amendment. rezoning, conditional use, or any item where The planning commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. It's important for you to attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners. For those of you who are not familiar with our procedures. We
really have three sections. We have continuances with the staff or the applicant requests a continuance. Yeah, it's been our custom to grant the continuances unless there are extenuating circumstances. Uh we have a consent uh agenda. The that that's where items are on the agenda w that have not been uh registered objections against either by the staff or by the public. And we'll go through the the uh
we're consent items one by one. If there's anything on consent that anyone has come today to speak about or ask about Raise your hand when we uh When we mention the item and we'll pull it from consent and we'll put it with the regular items and that's the third uh section. Regular regular items are not on consent and not continued. Uh applicants will have three minutes to make their presentation. Yeah, unless they've requested additional time in writing, at least twenty four
hours prior to this meeting. And objectors will have uh three minutes to say state their concerns and objections. Um following the presentation, uh the applicant will have five minutes to respond again unless there's been uh additional time requested in writing.
