What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Um let's uh begin by Approving minutes. I think we have some minutes to approve.
Mr. Chair. Mr. Chair, actually on the fur on both sets of minutes I have some potential edits for clarity. Okay. Um so on the first set of minutes for the m uh meeting seven, six, twenty-three. uh page eleven. Uh it just mentions where the vote uh on the motion the vote was unanimous um with Mr. Moody voting nay in two different spots. I was just gonna recommend rewarding that for clarity 'cause unanimous usually means Everybody voting for. Right. Um that's on the first set
of minutes. Do you want to vote on that and then I have a couple on the second set as well. Okay.
Why don't you go ahead and make the motion then?
So I'd I make a motion to approve the first set of minutes with those two edits on page eleven um just for clarity, removing the word unanimous, just saying the motion carried.
Okay. Do
we have a second?
A second.
Okay. Further discussion? All in favor?
Aye. Aye.
Opposed? Motion carries. And then on the uh second set uh for the meeting eight three twenty-three, um same thing on page three, just saying um that the vote was unanimous with um Mr. Poole abstaining. Um so changing that for clarity. Um page fourteen it mentions a state shock clock, S H O C K, and I think it was supposed to be SHOT S H O T clock. And then
the last bit was um Actually also on page fourteen and going into page fifteen that um it was just listed twice that Mr. Hansel moved to approve the recommended recommendation of denial. So I I just would say we would delete the second Mention of him approving the I'm making a motion. motion. Yeah, you liked it so much you did it twice.
Okay. All right, so you're making the motion. Do we have a second? We have a motion and second further discussion. All in favor of the motions?
Aye.
Opposed, like sign? Okay. All right. Very good. Thank you, Derek. Sure.
Mr. Chair, if you would give us about two or three minutes, we're having some tech technical difficulties. Okay. Absolutely. Thank you.
I didn't take up enough time for you, Deneve.
I was gonna ask who Kaylee is. Back to Clark. Here are you oh. Because actually other than his edits I thought these were some of the More Well written minutes that I've had come in the packet since I've been here. They were an excellent summary of the discussion.
So the bar's been set high, is that what you're saying? Sorry, you don't you don't get credit.
The bar's been set high.
No, I read a lot of minutes and these were good.
We usually have min uh music to go along with these, you know slow periods.
That's going on. He's got it going on in the background. I think it's too soon to take a bathroom breathe.
I guess Yeah, probably. Never too soon.
That's right.
We had the tournament of champions the other day, so
Mm-hmm.
So do you want to understand a motion about the technical difficulty hold music or music
on the
hold, yeah.
Okay, I
think we're back
on. Very good. Cut the music. All right.
Okay, Denise.
