He was ready to go spend his own money to go kind of fill in some of the holes that are there, but it's it's bad enough that Um I'd like to do the whole road going

2:49:21So you've you've heard me talk before about over by uh south of New York you have the bridge that's there that goes over Cow Creek, which is just above Stevens Drive below Fair Lane. Um all the homes that are inside of there uh have canals and very few boats of any type whatsoever because when some point they lowered the road lowered the road, lower the bridge, whatever you wanna call it, you can't get a boat underneath it. She's mentioned there's dredging problems. I don't even know if she's been on the boat yet to find out how bad it is even to get out there yet.

2:49:51But I just want to familiarize with you that someone had bought a piece of property, they want to get involved to try to make the community better. And again, if you look at all the canal ways on that side on the right side of the pitcher, which is the west west uh the east side. All those homes that are on those canals cannot get out to the Gulf of Michigan. Because you can't get out. They they lowered the road a few years back and it and that it was hard to find it 'cause it's not even a real bridge by tech by technical terms because it's such a short overpass.

2:50:22So that is the thing that I've had been talking about working on and matter of fact David Engel's working on a program for it. But just so you know, someone moved in there, thought they'd be able to do something more with the property, once to upgrade the property, but Uh maybe looking for help and I'll I'll they can't

2:50:37get out to the Gulf.

2:50:38They can't get out to the Gulf. So that'll we just gotta raise the bridge up like it used to be years ago. So I'll I'll come to that later on. But just wanted to show you just that's just the citizen moved in. And do you have those other pictures?

2:50:53Uh Commissioner Starkey, I want you to really pay attention to this set of slides. These are all different types of roundabouts in Switzerland that I took pictures of so the boy can see. Some of them are fancier, some of them are simpler. But just a whole bunch of them that they have out there just on on the roadways that Kept the traffic moving. There was only like one intersection that seemed to be a little bit slower, but everything else kept everything moving and sometimes real real simple and smooth. Other times get designed. All depends on what the neighborhood really wanted to go do to dress them all up. But they they worked tremendously. The number of lights

2:51:23over there was like phenomenally small.

2:51:26I mean just like all those two lanes roads. So part of my talk of the two rivers thing was just thinking about those little two lanes. lane roads keep traffic moving rather than these big six lane roads that we direct everybody to that make it tough.
