I dunno I'll tell you the name of it, so I wanna you to be sure and go there. This is the kind of the backside parking area of this retail commercial area. So turn the page. This is what the streetscapes look like. This is vertical mixed use. You have shops and offices on the
bottom floor. You have um condos on the second floor and in some of these buildings you actually have offices on the second floor. So it's all McKinch.
It looks like downtown Palm Beach.

Wide sidewalks. You know, this is I wish the I wish we were had someone with the vision to do things like this and I really want you to go see it because it has the big boxes and um keep going. I know I think I had two pictures.
Behind here are the big boxes on the street. Behind this main street kind of feel, but just think of Wesley Chapel with all that retail and all that density had done someone had done something like this. So here you start to see where the parking is, and you just walk through. Um but if when you drive around there, you'll see the businesses there, the um you know, target and everything, how they fit it all in in this kind of setting. So I'm gonna give you the name.
