We went and visited and He loves fire trucks and I've talked about it several times and I just, you know, very grateful to the Chief and uh Chief G and Station thirteen for having us. Um it'd be something pretty fun if the school kids are out and looking to do. I know Um Captain, sorry, Captain Grofflow will

Um so let me just say, do you mind bringing up that last picture I sent over there? Um this is um The orange belt trailed front when I went from the slides. And that's coming right there at fifty two in Happy Hill. Right on that corner. So I'm not really happy

2:57:48that in our packet it said it was nowhere near the trail because it's actually on the trail. We just don't we just don't know if it's on the north side or the south side. So I really think it's important that every time that we need to have that context when we see projects coming through. Um I'm sorry Commissioner Oakley isn't here, but and and Lisa this is like a major trail coming through the county. It's called the Orange Belt Trail. It's similar to the Penelis County Trail. As a matter of fact, it's on

2:58:18the same same route that the Pinellas Trail um used, which is the vacant Orange Belt Railroad. So I'm told it was Euclidean zoning. I don't know what that means as far as reservation for the trail for any land. And again, I don't know if the trail's on the north or the south at 52 and Happy Hill. Uh but I know it's coming up also from fifty two. Um So the new the new fifty-two?

2:58:53I d I do want to mention that. Uh the reason why it wasn't picked up in the context map is it's not an official alignment yet. It hasn't been approved. So it doesn't exist on our Pasco GIS system. And I believe that's being studied now as to where the alignment will be. Okay.

2:59:09Because that that other project that we had today is on fifty two and We had a reservation. Well, we made sure that there was right-of-way for the trail on fifty two uh as it goes east. So um Commissioner Oakley, I know you I know you said there's no trail planned on Happy Hill,

2:59:32And I don't know I'm not saying that has to be on Happy Hill. Um as a matter of fact, I think they're better when they're not on busy roads. But I hope someone in Dade City and maybe needs to talk to the the the council people. Um and I'm I'm told that we what we don't have um sunshine with MPO members if we're not talking about money. Um, but it seems to me that somewhere those residents that live north of fifty two are gonna wanna come down and get on that trail. And so someone

3:00:03needs to be finding a way that they can get down there without riding on Happy Hill. 'Cause that's a dangerous road for for kids and cyclists, you know, 'cause of the

3:00:13Yeah. It goes up and then down. Well that was one of the the alignments we had for Happy Hill is it would go up Happy Hill, hit Saint Joe Road, go over to Ramsey Road, go across to Blanton Road and then on up to Blanton to Tribe Road and Tribe Road across to three oh

3:00:33it ties back into that trail.

3:00:35So I I I think the route now, sadly, is along Old 52. Um But what I'm saying is the people that live around it are gonna wanna get to it. Not that you need another twelve foot trail around there, but you need something where so that their kids are on the road getting to the trail.

3:00:56Yeah, and part of that when they hit forty one on the Blanton Road. When Happy Hill came across and hit forty one, it would also go back into Dade City to tie in there also. So you have a loop there.

3:01:09But then you'll also have a a big loop going to Trilby, back down Trilby Road, back to Blanton and back to Yeah.
