Consent agenda and continuances
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Okay, and is the applicant present? Anyone here to object? Mr. True.
Yeah, one thirty I heard.
Denise. Is there a reason why we don't have P thirteen on consent two because it's related to PC eleven and usually we hear the plan amendment first before the rezoning. So
yes, that's um I'm uh I'm glad you said that. I that was my mistake. I should have asked to hear that after the the comp plan amendment, but I can read the complan amendment into record or we may have an uh an actual um uh presentation for you on that item.
You wanna delay this then?
Well I it just uh I don't think either one of these are gonna get denied, but really you should be hearing the zoning after the plan amendment. I I would have preferred to just say both were on consent. I'm not sure we'll only have one of them on consent, but
Okay.
But I think you need to hear thirteen before you hear eleven.
Do you want it do you want me to just read it into record and call for public comment on the item?
Yeah.
Unless staff has feels like they need a presentation I on it.
And just for a point of clarification, I think Mike mentioned the number was one thirty and not thirty. Hotel rooms. Right. Hotel rooms.
I apologize. Yeah. Sorry. Thank you so much. It is P thirteen.
Didn't know. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. This is uh Nicktarius Pitos with Planning Development. Is the request to to put P thirteen on the consent agenda?
Well, either put it on the consent agenda so they can approve be approved at the same time, or we're gonna have to hear P thirteen before you take action on P eleven. I'm okay either way, but they really shouldn't be hearing the zoning before they approve the land use change. But to be clear, I'd be perfectly fine if P thirteen just got moved to consent. I'd I don't know why it's not on consent, but
it's not an objection for staff to put P thirteen on the consent agenda.
Okay.
So I would move
to put P thirteen on the consent agenda. Second. Okay, motion and second. Further discussion. All in favor?
So P thirteen is P D D nineteen zero eight seven one. PDD 190871 P13. It's for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment, CPAL 19, Perenz 06, SMIF 54, large-scale comp plan amendment to the future land use maps 2-15 and Sheet 20, changing from REST 12, residential 12 units, dwelling units for gross acre to comm commercial, OFF office, and C O N uh C O N conservation lands to P D Plan Development on approximately one sixty four point eight acres
located on the south side of State Route 54 approximately two thousand feet east of Meadowbrook Drive and a text amendment to sub-area policy future flu 7.1 point nine smith fifty four sub-area and a map amendment to the future land use map two dash nine Perenz nine Smith fifty four sub-area and this comes here with a recommendation of Approval.
Okay, so uh the applicant is present. And there's no objection. I didn't see any objection. Okay.
And that's the end of your consent.
Move for approval of the consent agenda. Is that as amended because amended, yeah. Yes, as amended. Okay.
And like PC seven was pulled. That's the only one, right?
Well, PC six was pulled. And twelve. One six and twelve.
Well PC six yeah, and and uh yeah.
Yeah. Okay. I'll second them. Okay, so we have a motion. We have a second. Further discussion of the motion. All in favor? Aye. Okay. Opposed? Motion carries.
Alright.
