4:28:14So item B fourteen is the Kenton Road Commercial Development Agreement.

4:28:36Yeah. So this is

4:28:38a development agreement that's following up on a recent MPUD that was approved in April. uh the Kenton commercial MPUD. The purpose of this development agreement is to design, permit, and construct Kenton Road from Elam Road to Overpass, which is known as, commonly known as the missing Kenton. Rode segment. as a two lane road and intersection improvements with turn lanes and signalization. And Elam Road. And at Overpass. And all this would be organized for cash reimbursement. And this is located in

4:29:08central Pasco County within Connected City. Where's your general location, the overall context of the county? This is the Uh yeah. the northern point of the project. Uh Basically. The intersection

4:29:26of Elam and Kenton Road there. And then at the center of the circle now is the intersection of Kenton and Overpass. That'll be the beginning and end. And then of course the segment in between those. Uh Those two intersections. This is it. Um in the overall uh grand scheme of things. The the missing segment. Um it varies in width. From north to south. At the north end, I believe it it uh reaches an approximate

4:29:57dimension of one hundred and forty two feet in width and and at the south and It reaches an approximate dimension of about a hundred and ten feet. This is the intersection improvements that are being proposed in the Settlement agreement with with as a signalized intersection at Overpass. And this is the intersection improvements that are proposed. At Canton and Elon. Both the two intersections and the missing, the addition of the missing segment will add. A

4:30:28lot of connectivity to the area we've heard in the past. uh from community and area residents that Kenton Road has been it's been difficult navigating Kenton Road up North or south bound. on the road, um, this missing segment and these intersection improvements will provide area residents, the ability to utilize Helum. and move east-west on Elam as well as go all the way down to Overpass and utilize Overpass. to move uh out of in and out of the area.

4:30:59In terms of the typical cross sections uh for the missing segment, uh you're looking at one thirty two foot landscape median, two twenty-two foot landscape areas. Between travelers. And then two eleven foot travel lanes and two 12 foot multi-use pads, one on each side.

4:31:20Of the missing of

4:31:21the missing segment. At the one forty-two dimension. At the one ten dimension. It's one twenty-eight foot landscape median, two eight foot landscape areas. And two eleven foot travel lanes with A continuation of the two twelfth multi-use path. And these are the cross sections that I just described.

4:31:43And uh the request is to find the proposed development agreement consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

4:31:53We hear this before? We heard it like there was Barbara in here with one Clark in here with another for the same piece of road with different what's different today.

4:32:03This is the development agreement that will actually uh construct the improvements. So what you remember is the Kenton Road or Kenton Commercial M P U D. And then there was the Kenton M PUD. Uh and there was a whole discussion that took about two and a half years between Clark Hobby, Mr. Clark Hobby and Ms. Barb Wall High. I'm trying to make sure that somebody in that area was going to complete the Henton Road segment, and it was Barbara's client. That um Step forward and

4:32:33volunteer to get the job done. Clark's projects, Mr. Hobby's projects, right? Those are hardly the hardness projects. We're back on.
