Public comment on non-agenda items
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
This archive found it in the recording: a call to order, a recess, or business the board never listed. The county recorded nothing about it, so everything below is our reading.
The source document
The county’s agenda for Planning Commission, Jul 8, 2021
The published PDF. Its text could not be extracted, because it is an image-only scan, so nothing in it is searchable here. It still reads normally.
The county’s minutes for Planning Commission, Jul 8, 2021
The published PDF, as served by the county. This item is one entry in it.
What was said
Machine transcription of 2m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 100% of 9 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
Uh do we have any uh anyone here for public comment on a non-agenda item?
Denise.
Mr. Chair, I have no one signed up to speak for public comment items and those who are in the audience are here for specific items on the agenda today.
All right, thank you very much.
So um I think most of you know the uh procedures but uh as we go through we have uh uh three different types of items. We have consent agenda, continuance, and uh regular items, and we will go through the uh continuance items uh and then go through the consent agenda anything that's anything you hear is uh bring up on consent agenda if you want it heard
or spoken to at this meeting raise your hand and I'll I'll recognize you and we'll pull it off consent for further discussion. And then we'll have regular items which uh will be heard today. So the the way we handle the meetings are the applicants will be given time to make their presentation, three minutes, and the questioners three minutes. And then the applicant will have an opportunity to
rebut.
Yeah. Do I have any questions uh from the floor about our anything we do, anything of our procedures? If not, we'll move forward. Yeah.
So Denise, how's that?
