What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

This archive found it in the recording: a call to order, a recess, or business the board never listed. The county recorded nothing about it, so everything below is our reading.

The source document

The county’s agenda for Planning Commission, Jul 8, 2021

The published PDF. Its text could not be extracted, because it is an image-only scan, so nothing in it is searchable here. It still reads normally.

Alright, we're going to move back to PC eight. PC eight is PDD 217544. It's a zoning amendment in the name of Coal Trust, Jeffrey A. Cole Trustee, Dollar General 301 and Payne for a change in zoning from an R1MH single-family mobile home district to a C2 General Commercial District. And this comes to you with a recommendation of approval.

Charles Grey

All right. Is the applicant present?

Denise

The applicant is virtually present and the owner is physically present.

Charles Grey

Okay. Is anyone here to object?

Denise

I have no one signed up to speak on WebEx to object to the matter, nor is there anyone in the audience to speak on the item.

Charles Grey

All right, so this application is on consent. Um so uh if there's nothing from the dias, is there anything up here? Nothing? Okay, then we'll move to the next one.

Denise

Following item is PC9, it's PDD 217545 zoning amendment, and then please forgive me for saying the name incorrect because I'm sure I will. Helen Woko, it's for a change in zoning from an R2 Low Density Residential District to a C2 general commercial district, and this comes to you with a recommendation of approval.

Charles Grey

Okay.

Is an applicant present.

Denise

The applicant is not physically present, nor do I see the applicant virtually present.

Charles Grey

Or representative, nobody here, huh?

Denise

Do not see them on the easement. Anyone here to

Charles Grey

object?

Denise

We have not received any um any sign up to speak to object nor emails nor is anyone in the audience to object.

Charles Grey

All right. So uh is I hear a motion then? This is on consent. Is it the last one on consent?

Denise

There's one additional item on consent, which is PC twelve.

Charles Grey

Okay, let's go into that one then.

Denise

Yeah. So PC twelve is PDD 210431. It's for a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment for C PASS 21 Perenz 06 Acorn 54. It's a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps, Map 2-15 and Sheet 22, from Res 3 residential three dwelling units per gross acre to COM commercial, and it's on approximately 9.24 acres of property, which is located to the south. State Route 54 and River Glen Boulevard. It's actually at the southwest

corner of that intersection. And this item you're sitting as the LPA, the local planning agency, on this item, and staff is recommending that you find the item consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

Charles Grey

All right. Is the applicant present?

Denise

The applicant is physically present.

Charles Grey

Anyone here to object?

Denise

We have not received any um request f to sign up to speak on the item for on WebEx nor any emails of objection and there's no one in the audience to object.

Charles Grey

Okay.

So uh I think it's the last consent item, right? That's the last so um we have a motion to present uh to approve the uh consent uh items as uh as modified. So moved?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Uh oh, so I can't.

Charles Grey

So we have a motion uh and a second. Any further discussion of any of the consent items? All uh all in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed, like, sign. I'm curious.

Okay.
