What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
This archive found it in the recording: a call to order, a recess, or business the board never listed. The county recorded nothing about it, so everything below is our reading.

Item P fifty five.
Item P fifty five was published in the Tampay Times on july eighth, twenty twenty-six, and by affidavit of certified mailings and site postings. The item was continued from the August twenty-fifth, twenty twenty-six BCC meeting to today.
Item P55 is PDE 267926. This is a zoning amendment in the name of Landlark LLC Kitten Trail Farms. It's a change in zoning from an AC Agricultural District to an AR agricultural residential district in northwest Pasco County. On the south side of Kitten Trail, approximately one mile east of the intersection of Kitten Trail and Hicks Road, containing approximately 14.57 acres. This comes with a recommendation to approve the zoning amendment and there's a presentation if so desired.
Uh anyone requ requirement presentation? Okay. Thank you.
Hello, good afternoon, Chairman and County Commissioners. Um, this is my second time here. I was here for the first hearing. Uh I'm the owner of eleven thousand Kitten Trail, fourteen and a half acres. I'm requesting today for the property to be rezoned from AC to AR, because currently you can only put one home on the entire property. Everything around us is consistently AR. And uh it's a minimum, I believe, of two and a half, yeah, two and a half acres is what we're
asking for to be divided in under the AR code as we go forward for that to be permitted. And I'm happy to answer any questions.
Uh any questions?
How many what's the two and a half? Two and a half acres a lot size. For each lot? For each lot. Oh yeah.
That's that's a good size lot. I want to thank you for bringing it forward to go to that size. Uh-huh. As those all these infill properties come in, makes it difficult between traffic and everything else. So I appreciate your bringing this forward the way you have it. I think it's very reasonable.
Yeah. Yeah,
Chairman Mariano. you know, staff as we worked on minora subdivisions, let's give her a good experience with the minora subdivisions that that they've done here because we'd like to see more of these come forward.
Mm-hmm.
Excellent. Yep. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Alright, this is a public hearing. Anyone here for item P fifty five? Anyone online?
No one's online. Move
