What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
This archive found it in the recording: a call to order, a recess, or business the board never listed. The county recorded nothing about it, so everything below is our reading.

Uh three things. Let me break the Mr. Chairman first and foremost I heard the pot heard the policy discussion uh the boards have spoken to Mr. Angel regarding this infill happens. looking at county properties and opportunities where we can To be better. uh when it when it comes to to development because these parcels while they may have been Not worth a lot of money thirty years ago. Clearly because More worthwhile in the in the the future as we Right, build out. So I know that David and I have spoken
about that. We'll be we'll be looking at Bring some things back to the board for for thoughts in terms of codifying. If I could ask if you reach out to the countr to the attorney reach out to the people no no state, yeah.
Time is minus what I want to put on. And I I I don't blame the guy for doing what he did. It was an outrageous plot. It's just an opportunity that was there that just wasn't taken. And frankly, when I had my meetings, I didn't know it was our was our partner. Absolutely. Before we get kinda cut in on my I seven will. We'll give it a shot. Well, I think too, we need to identify areas where it makes sense as well. There may be some ponds that or pieces of property that are slammed on slow-hanging fruit, and there may be others that are working. It is due to the infrastructure configuration. So I I I think it's it's a big thing. I think we need to identify some targets. But
we'll we'll be happy to reach out to the developer in this case. Um the other two items I'd like to bring uh Dr. Meltis up real quick uh to talk briefly, it it it validates basically, validates where the board has come from in terms of the strategic planning efforts uh as well as maintaining the top notch workforce here in Pasco County. So Dr. Bellas.
