The projects here are Bass Lake Acres, PIVAS number 3312, Cranes Roofs, PASS number 3346, Richard Lakes, PIVAST number 3332. Lake War of Acres, P Bus number three three five three. and Lakewood Villa's Pas number 3354. Next please.

53:59In 2017, the Board of County Commissioners authorized temporary period of storm damaged roads with the condition that public works bring that these projects to the PCC to the board to initiate it. In August 2019, Public Works presented the five projects we mentioned before. uh for consideration by the board so that we could have a board initiate. Next slide, please. The BCC community that agenda item and directed public works to bring the projects back to the

54:29BCC when there was a new pavement contract in place. On May 5th, 2020, the BCC approved a new paving contract. um to APS or Astral Paven System. Next please. And I'll go into each of these projects quickly. In terms of the Basilic Acres project, the total estimated cost based on the new contract is $901,000. I'm just gonna go through the new numbers and off the

54:59right is Ajax with the previous contract. So estimated cost now during $1,133. Maximum cost per ERU is $6,000 and six cents. Discount is $190,783.77. And the maximum cost per ERU after the discount is $4,838. Next, please. Obviously just a location map. Next.

58:02And this is just a quick summary comparison of the projects and the cost per ERU after discount. So you can see the difference in the bottom line there. Under the new contract, the total cost of the project is $4.8 million versus $1.4 billion. Or a million dollars. Um Staff is recommended. Approved.

59:14It was complicated. It was compared to bid and um Ajax and APS uh submitted bids, but um APS came out the lower compared to Peter.

59:34Well. The projects will be uh used under the APS contract. We're important to have this as board initiated projects.

1:00:04Yes. So what the board is voting on now is this is to initiate a board initiated PVAS. So staff will go through the proper procedures to bring back the PVAS ultimately to be to be done. As far as the APS and Ajax contract, staff, like they always do, perform an analysis to see what's in the public's best interest. In this case, doing the work under the APS contract makes the most financial sense.

But you know, I I did confirm with Mr. Biles that's going to be. At least a year probably. Is that not correct, uh, Mr. Krabala that you know, these folks. I just want to make sure they're not getting a bill next week for you know, six,

1:01:11seven thousand dollars, especially with folks being out of work and everything else. So I just want to they need to be done. The residents were in favor of it. I overwhelmingly support the Punch. So I know that's the case, but I just I just want to make sure it's it's going to be down the road a little bit. I I don't think we can get to it until probably 2022. Is that correct?

By going back out, the average residence in all these bids are saving about a thousand dollars a a head. So that's a lot of money. So we made the right move taking a look at that contract that was out there before to go into this new one. And I think we need to look make sure we keep a look at our our other contract that's out there. Do we need to re bring rebring that one out there to take a look at as well? But uh great work by the team on this one and I I'd be fully supportive.
