Item P1, PDD 200560, is an ordinance by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners amending the Pasco County Land Development Code Section 1302.2 mobility fees. To increase the mobility fees for multifamily in the urban, suburban, and rural standard fee table, to decrease mobility fees for ship-defined low-income single-family, multifamily, and decrease mobility fees for

vacant parcel incentive zone area and other amendments as necessary to ensure internal consistency, providing for applicability. repeal or severability inclusion in the Pasco County Land Development Code and an effective day. Next slide, please. Um this is the approval hearing if I If I'm not mistaken, to accept public comment and adopt the proposed ordinance by roll call vote and authorize the chairman to execute the ordinance amendment and direct board records to transmit the

ordinance to the Department of State by electronic email within 10 days after adoption of the ordinance. Mm-hmm.
