R3 is an item to authorize the issuance of the second allocation for the general obligation bond for the fire rescue. uh GO bond in the in the amount of forty four million dollars those dollars will be used to build three new fire stations and to uh knock down and renovate three existing fire stations as well as design a centralized fire training center. I believe at this time I have to read

the resolution for the record. Please. Uh resolution of the PAT Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, supplementing resolution number 19-57 adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on December 11th, 2018. Which authorized the issuance of the Pasco County, Florida General Obligation Bond Fire Rescue Projects Improvements in one or more series in the original aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $70,200,000, authorizing not to exceed $44 million of general obligation bond series 2020, fire

rescue project improvements. Fixing certain details of said bonds, authorizing the use of other legally available funds of the county to pay the cost of capitalized interest on such bonds, approving the forms of the summary notice of sale and official notice of sale with respect to such bonds, delegating to the county administrator or budget director the authority to determine the principal amounts of such bonds to be issued and the bid date with respect to such bonds to award the sale thereup to the local. As conforming bidder based on bids submitted at public sale, and to determine the terms

of such sale, approving the form and authorizing the execution and delivery of a disclosure dissemination agent agreement, appointing the bond registrar and paying agent, approving the form and authorizing the distribution of a preliminary official statement, and authorizing the execution and delivery of an official statement pertaining to the bonds, authorizing Certain officials of the county to execute any document or to take any actions required in connection with the issuance of said bonds, proving certain other matters in connection therewith providing for the severability of parts hereof
