Uh Mr. Chairman, this came to you for introduction several months ago. Uh and then due to COVID we had put off the final adoption hearing. This was at the correct request of Commissioner Weightman um to clean up intersections. It basically mirrors state law um but gives us some teeth with towing companies that fail to clean up the scene the scene of an accident.
