On this item, the applicant, instead of continuing it, the applicant, Mr. Caruso, has agreed agreed to a withdrawal because by the time this makes through the public hearing process, we will have adopted the
administrative use permit. So it's being withdrawn by the applicant, no action required. So I'm happy to see smiling faces at the dice. Even though it's a change in recommendation.
